Purpose of this document:
In certain environments, such as high temperatures, high humidity, or high volume activities, the potential exists for ice to build up on the evaporator. To resolve this, it is necessary to decrease the Defrost Interval and increase the Defrost Duration of the Royal Vendors Freezer. This document explains the procedure for making these two modifications. (Note that this procedure is necessary only in Freezers with serial numbers 201713RA00001 through 201722RA00159.)
