BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
The energy-efficient evaporator fan motor has been redesigned for improved moisture resistance. As a result, the fan assembly is now slightly thicker, requiring the replacement of the original grille spacers with longer ones in RVV 500s built prior to serial number 201143CA00509. NOTE: This bulletin only applies to RVV 500 models built for use in North America and other 115 VAC locations. If the original grille spacers are not replaced, the blades of the new evaporator fan motor will strike or rub the grille, resulting in noise and shortened component life or failure.
