SUBJECT: Software Update to Correct GIII KO Chute Sensor Function

PURPOSE:
Royal Vendors has recently found that some customers with equipment built from mid-2007 to mid-2008 had chute sensors that would not properly adjust, causing double vending of bottles. In most cases, replacing the chute sensor seems to remedy this problem, but not in all cases.
