Industrial Associate / Brazing

Royal Vendors, Inc., is currently seeking Industrial Associates with brazing experience. This is a plant production position. Regular work hours are Monday – Thursday, 6 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. with OT as required. Maintenance Technician

Royal Vendors, Inc., is currently seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician. The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

  • Ability to read across-the-line electrical schematics.
  • Ability to use multi-meter, oscilloscope, etc.
  • Must be comfortable working in and around electronic circuit boards.
  • Has mechanical and hydraulic aptitude.
  • Possess two years experience in the above.

Plant Maintenance Supervisor / Process Engineer

Royal Vendors, Inc., is searching for a qualified individual to fill our Plant Engineer position. The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

  • Ability to create drawings using electronic CAD programs.
  • Experience with plant systems (electrical distribution, fire protection, security, HVAC, etc.).
  • Experience in machine maintenance (troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, purchasing, inventory control, work order systems, etc.).
  • Strong ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to relate to plant personnel at all levels.
  • Strong leadership and ability to exert good judgment.
  • BS in Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Materials Manager

Job Summary

Manage activities of the purchasing and inventory control departments; purchases materials and supplies at an optimal price and delivery cycle while maintaining lowest possible inventory levels.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all aspects of material planning, sourcing, supplier negotiations including contracts performance and relationship management.
  • Work with outside vendors on coordination of projects and deliveries.
  • Maintain adequate stock levels using MRP, forecasting and delivery requirements.
  • Negotiate with vendors for best price, lead times, quality, terms and conditions.
  • Pursue new vendors in a global environment.
  • Conduct supplier audits to minimize risk and ensure business continuity.
  • Maintain multiple sources to minimize risk and ensure business continuity.
  • Supply supporting information for annual budgeting.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of supply inventory maintenance, disbursement and storage systems.
  • Excellent communication, and negotiation skills to obtain the most cost effective prices and contract terms for goods purchased.
  • Experience in managing a global supply chain.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Professional ethics, tactful and courteous in dealing with vendors.
  • Excellent planning, organization and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Ability to operate in a tactical and strategic role as needed.
  • Ability to supervise and direct staff.
  • BS/BA in business or related field, plus 5 years experience in a global procurement environment.
