SUBJECT: Enabling the Battery on the Health Timer Controller

REASON FOR BULLETIN:
The Health Safety Controller’s backup battery is disabled when not installed in the Cooler to preserve its shelf life. Failure to enable the battery will cause the door lock mechanism to stay in the locked position in the event the Cooler loses power. This bulletin explains how to enable the battery prior to board installation.
