SUBJECT: RVV X-axis Home Switch Cover Interference

PURPOSE:
A limited number of Royal Vision Venders prior to serial number 200511MAXXXXX may experience interference between the X-axis home switch cover and the profile gasket on the refrigeration door. This interference could cause the elevator cup to not find its X-axis home position. When this occurs, the elevator cup will either bounce up and down or it will not go up at all. This bulletin provides a solution for this interference.
